Friday Favorites | Baseball Edition

Momfessionals

Yay for Friday!  I'm excited to celebrate our older daughter turning 6 with a painting party for her and all her little girl friends tonight!   Today I'm linking up with  Andrea, Erica, and Narci again and sharing my favorite moments from the week!

We had to do an exchange at Old Navy on Monday and this little lady was so proud of herself coloring a paper that says "I Love Mom".

And like every time we are at Old Navy, she requested a picture with her favorite dog. ;)

Monday night was a big night at our house! My favorite kindergartner had her very first tball game and her older brother had a baseball game right after. They happen to have the same sponsor. Cute!

Our tball player!

Our sweet girl drew this picture before her tball game. She has her bases a little out of order. Ha ha!

The team is mostly boys so these two buddied up to play catch. Our daughter is always looking to make a new friend. ;)

Practicing. I'm sure she had a logical reason for sitting in the grass. Ha ha!

This girl has been a trooper going to so many games lately! She kept herself entertained by making a dandelion bouquet at tball and playing with her buddy Grandpa Ken.

Their tball is pretty informal. They don't play on an actual baseball field. They just set up bases in a soccer field. Their coach lined them up in order by # to bat. Our daughter is #4. :)

Her first ever at bat!! She swung once and missed but hit on her second try!

We also didn't realize there would not be bleachers and I didn't have any lawn chairs. Thankfully she was happy to sit on this picnic blanket I keep in my car!

Hands in to do a team cheer, "Go Blue!"

We went right from her game to watch my favorite second grader at his baseball game! He likes playing 3rd base.

The assistant coach has two boys on the team and our families have become friends. I think the boys are discussing their win after three losses over the weekend. ;)

This pretty lady wanted me to take her picture by the fireplace once we got home.

On Tuesday night this guy hit three times at their game! I had bribed him with a frosted lemonade from Chick Fil A if he got on base. ;) It is a new favorite of mine!

Speaking of my favorite second grader, I loved this picture he brought home this week!

I realized very last minute that I was scheduled to help in our daughter's kindergarten class on Wednesday morning! My favorite neighbor saved the day and was able to watch our 4 year old for me. She sent me this cute picture while I was at the school.

Our 4 year old riding to the neighbor's Wednesday afternoon to hang out a little while.

I try to take at least one picture of our baseball player at each game. I am so proud that he's hitting the ball now! We can see him improving all around as a player as the season progresses.  Thank you Ken, Mom, Robert, and Travis for coming out to support the kids at some of their games this week!

This little group of girls played together during Wednesday's game. They were playing duck duck goose and tag and other games. It was really sweet.

My three loves after Wednesday's game!

She requested I take her picture on the bleachers. ;)

Thursday night the girls and I went to cheer on my nephew at his first baseball game of the season. I can't believe he's going to be 12 at the end of this month!!

The girls had fun playing with their cousin! They were teaching her how to play duck duck goose. Our kindergartner said to her cousin, I can't believe your Mom never taught you to play duck duck goose. Ha ha!

They play so well together!

Their poses are my favorite. Ha ha!

The girls asked me over and over during the game if they could play at the playground. I told them we could play for 10 minutes after the game because it was getting late.

Swings are one of this girl's favorite things!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend friends!  Happy Mother's Day to my amazing Mom and all the wonderful Mom's out there!
