1 Playing
We met two of our daughter's preschool friends and their families at the park on Wednesday afternoon. They had a great time playing!
There were a brother and sister playing in the same area as our group of kids and they were pretending to serve them lemonade. ;)
They were intently choosing their lemonade flavor.
The brother and sister told our group of kids to get in line if they wanted their lemonade. They immediately got in to this line! The other Moms and I couldn't believe how quickly they listened. ;) I pretended I wasn't taking a picture, and look how my son is smiling!
Robin took this sweet picture of the three preschool friends.
Six of the eight kids we were there with. My kids are always squinting!
This might be my favorite picture of the day. How cute is he? :)
2 Drinking
My sister-in-law Anne and I were talking Starbucks summer drinks when we were in Wisconsin this weekend and she said I had to try the passion tea lemonade; half classic, half raspberry. I had to wait a few days because apparently there is a shortage of Starbucks lemonade and the Starbucks I tried were out!
It was worth the wait! Yum! I also tried an iced peach green tea lemonade that Robin suggested on Wednesday afternoon. That one is good too!
3 Riding (the train)
We met my friend Jen and her girls for a zoo day on Thursday morning. I tried to take a quick picture of these three crazy kids at the entrance. :)
They have washers you can pick up at the entrance and use them to vote for your favorite zoo animal. These two found another use for the washers. Ha ha!
Our 3 year old was happy to smile for a picture for me. :)

My girls and Jen's 5 year old taking a little drive. ;)
The four girls
This banded mongoose was walking right by the glass and it looked like the 5 year old's were petting it. ;)
This was the best picture I managed to get of any of the five kids in the tents.
Our son photo bombing a picture of his sisters playing the drums!
The kids seem to like sitting on top of the eggs as much as they do inside.
Our future train engineer watching the train at the crossing. :)
Four kiddos all squeezed in to the same seat on the train ride.
Three sweet girls on the stationary train.
All of the girls wanted to sit at the front of the tortoise!
Our 5 year old wanted me to take a picture of this peacock in the tree. ;)
Our son did not want to go in and brush the goats in the farm area, but the girls did. Our 5 year old is a little unsure about them but she did brush them today.
Neither of the girls got too close to the goats as they brushed them. ;)
Thanks for a fun day at the zoo Jen!!
4 Editing
I follow Trista Sutter on Instagram. Her season of The Bachelorette was the only one I have really watched and I love how genuine she and her family seem! She has been posting pictures using the rhonna designs app and I had to try it. I'm loving editing photos with this app!
I love all the quotes to choose from!
Love this quote and this girl!
Yes, they are!
Shine on sweet girls!
5 Learning
It was such a beautiful day on Thursday that I decided to take the kids outside to do a little summer learning in the afternoon. Our 5 year old practiced writing her alphabet.
Our son reviewed his spelling lists from last year.
And our 3 year old practiced riding the tricycle. :)
Have a great weekend!
