A Very Happy Birthday!

Last night the kids and I went to my Grandparent's farm to have dinner and cake and ice cream for my Grandpa Bob's birthday.  Grandpa and Grandma have 5 kids, 13 grandkids (plus several spouses now), and if I'm counting right I think they actually have 13 great grandkids also with their 14th on the way.  One Uncle and Aunt and four of my cousins and their families live in Texas so they weren't there and some local family wasn't able to be there, but everyone who was able got together to celebrate.

There weren't enough chairs for everyone so the kids and I had a picnic dinner. My uncle grilled pork burgers, hamburgers and hot dogs and we had sweet corn, potato salad and homemade ice cream. Yum!

I asked my cousin Julie if she would take a picture for me and her son kept jumping in front of my phone. She playfully pushed him away and she caught us mid-laugh. ;)

And another one of the July birthdays. We are so blessed to be able to celebrate Grandpa's 88th birthday with him! We love you Grandpa Bob!! ♥ ♥
