What's On: Our TV

Happy Monday! 

Today I'm linking up with Andrea to talk about what is on our TV. We canceled cable to save money while we are in the rental house so we currently do not have cable or a DVR. I have missed having cable and even more so, a DVR, more than I would like to admit. ;)

1)  On Monday nights you can find us watching Castle! We've watched for several seasons, and I love that Castle and Beckett are finally together this season.

2)  On Tuesdays we watch NCIS: Los Angeles. I don't know how I got started watching this one, but it is one of my favorites. Not so much for the murders that they solve each week, but more because I like the characters.

3)  I also watch Person of Interest on Tuesday nights. I just started really watching this season so I missed out on a lot, but thankfully my friend Kelsey likes a lot of the same shows that I do and she can always answer the questions I have. ;)

4)  On Thursdays you can find me watching Grey's Anatomy. I feel like the show has gone downhill some over the last few seasons, but I keep watching! I was completely against April and Jackson being together when he stood up and objected at her wedding, but I have to admit I am liking them together after a few episodes.

5)  My husband loves that I have two shows on Tuesdays and on Thursdays. ;) I started watching Scandal last season at my friend Kelsey's recommendation and I am so glad I did! It is intense but so so good!

6)  On Sunday nights I can't miss The Good Wife. There have been so many twists and turns, but it is such a good show! I was completely shocked when they killed off Will, one of the main characters! I am interested to see where they take the show from here.

7)  Our second Sunday night show is The Mentalist. I have been watching for several seasons and I was so glad when Jane finally found Red John last season! I wasn't sure how the show was going to continue when that was the focus of so many of the episodes but I like where it has gone this season.

8)  If I'm up late enough, I watch The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. I never really watched Jimmy Fallon before he took over The Tonight Show but he is hilarious! Love.this.show!

Those are my current favorites!  After running kids to and from school, cleaning, cooking and doing all the other things stay at home mom's do, I try to have a little me time and sit down and relax while I watch my shows at night.  Most nights I'm folding laundry, picking up toys, balancing the checkbook or some other task I can accomplish while I watch.  I will be very happy to have a DVR again once we move so I don't have to miss any of my faves. :)
