amyeveryday2014 Week 4

It's time for amyeveryday2014 Week 4! Are we only 4 weeks in to the new year? It sometimes feels like so much longer with all these snow days. I love my kiddos tremendously and I enjoy the extra time with them, but after a day or two I really need to get out of the house! I'm a Momma that loves routine, loves to accomplish the errands on my to do list, and to visit with friends and family. And this weather has been making that hard! We have been able to find joy in each day even with the bad weather though. Spring is just around the corner! (That's what I keep telling myself anyway!)

Day 22: On this Wednesday afternoon our son had a dentist appointment, and since my Step-dad and Mom already had our girls, I took him with me to get my nails done right after. He thought the nail place was so stinky at first, but thankfully he got used to the smell. ;)

Day 22 Bonus: My sweet 2 year old and I taking silly selfies. Love her!

Day 23: Mismatch Day at preschool for our daughter's class. Two sweet mismatched girls!

Day 24: Friday and a snow day for our son. Days at home doing laundry are a little more tolerable when your clothes smell so good!

Day 25: The roads weren't great but they were calling for more bad weather over the weekend so we made a quick run to the grocery store! Thankfully we live very close to one. It was nice to get out of the house, even when it meant grocery shopping with three small children. ;)

Day 26: My sweet baking assistant helping me make Valentine's Day peanut butter cookies.

Day 27: Another snow day for our son and daughter. Our son asked if we could make an indoor mini golf course. We did our best. :) It was fun for us to create the 9 hole course and play a couple of games.

Day 28: Tuesday was a record breaking weather day.  It is FRIGID outside.  Sarah decided to take her boys to a local indoor trampoline park and asked if we wanted to join them.  We hadn't been there before and the older two loved it!  What a great way to burn off some of their energy.  Thanks for inviting us Sarah!

Day 28 Bonus: I couldn't fit all 5 kids in the little instagram box, so I had to post this one with all the kids in it too. :)

An inspirational quote for the week:

"Be bold enough to use your voice, brave enough to listen to your heart, and strong enough to live the life you've always imagined."

Keep up with me every day on Instagram @littlebitsofourlife :)
