Saturday Afternoon Fun

We met our friends for lunch at McDonald's and some game time at a Family Entertainment/arcade center to celebrate Sarah's younger son turning 5 this weekend. We were happy to be able to celebrate with him!  I love that no matter how often our kids see each other, they get so excited every time. I forget exactly what our son said at McDonald's, but something about missing them because he doesn't get to see them as much since school started. It was sweet.

She might have been a little big for this ride, but it was nice she and her little sister could ride together.

This was the best pose I could get in the teenage mutant ninja turtle car ;)

It was hard to take many pictures as I chased our 2 year old around, but I was glad I got a few. She has pretty much outgrown the stroller, but she is a challenge to take places without it. It is a phase (I'm reminding myself). She does love to walk with the big kids and have that freedom. I started to panic when the older kids were picking out the prizes with their tickets and I couldn't find her for a split second. I had to laugh when I saw that she was behind the counter with a piece of candy in her hand. How I love that girl!

We had a fun afternoon celebrating with Sarah and the boys! Happy 5th birthday to her sweet guy!
