Weekend Wrap Up

It's a rainy Monday around here. That isn't much of a surprise considering the weather we have had so far this summer. I hope it clears up by tonight so our daughter can have her last tee ball game of the season and our son can have his first all star game!

Our Friday morning was filled with super fun things like getting finger printed and drug tested for my new job. ;) The kids were so good about it though! They entertained themselves pretty well. Electronic devices for the win! Ha ha!

4 year old selfies

Friday night we had pizza and movie night at my friend Sara's. The kids could not get enough of this claw machine full of candy!

Getting the kids set up to watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Thanks for having us over Sara! We had fun. :)

We had really strong storms come through about 3 AM on Saturday! There were huge trees down everywhere; including blocking the road to the house. (I borrowed this picture my neighbor posted on facebook. She couldn't get through to her house.)

Christopher and his chain saw to the rescue!

It didn't take too long to get it cleared off the road with people from 3 houses working together.

These two! The mess drives me crazy but I try not to let it. They play so nicely telling stories with their toys. I just wish they would clean them up when they were done. ;)

I didn't take a lot of pictures on Saturday. My Mom and I did bridal shower invitations for my future sister-in-laws shower and the girls watched a movie with Grandpa.

The boys had all star baseball practice on Sunday morning and a pool party for this year's team on Sunday afternoon. These adorable girls and I went to church with Ken and my Mom. I love these MJ outfits!

We went to Pizza Hut after church with Ken, my Mom, Sara and her boys. Our 6 year old was taking pictures to use for the show us your Disney side app. This one makes me laugh. ;)

My Mom

I'm going to guess that at least 1,000 of the 4,500 pictures on my camera roll are selfies of this girl or her sister! ;)

Sara and I decided to take our crew (minus my guy) to the zoo after lunch. These two were feeling the love.

Watching the monkeys

I love that girl, and those curls!

Twinkies!

We just missed the sea lion feeding so they weren't very active when we were there.

My girls

Sara and her boys

These two kept wanting me to take their picture. ;)

Sara's boys watching the jelly fish

She apparently has a lot to say! #onephoneisnotenough

Checking out the komodo dragon

Sara and I

Sara and I have been friends for a looooong time! This is circa 1998. ;) I love that I'm still friends with all these girls. (Try not to be too jealous of those bangs!)

Sara's oldest son is hiding behind the orangutan. Ha ha!

The kids all agreed on the canoe ride for the ride of the day.

Meanwhile, the guys were having fun at the team pool party. My friend Christine sent me this picture. Thanks Christine! :) I will miss these boys!

Sunday night the girls and I watched fireworks with my brother, his fiance and some friends. Clarissa picked the girls each a flower. :)

Pretty girl

It was an awesome fireworks show, especially for a small town!

It was a fun way to end our weekend! Have a great week friends!
