Strike!

I asked the kids what they want to do before school starts and one thing on their list was bowling.  I thought it would be fun if my sister and brothers met us and everyone was free on Wednesday morning.

Robert usually has his son on Tuesday nights and every other weekend, so we were really happy he was able to get him yesterday!  He's the sweetest kid.   He was using bumpers of course, but he beat me both games and he was pretty proud that he did. (He's only 4!) ;)

My crazy trio!

Our son loves to bowl! He was doing the most hilarious run as he went to throw the ball.

My nephew and niece. My 11 year old nephew just got braces on Monday. He said his teeth were feeling a little better by Wednesday. I remember adjusting to how they feel on your teeth and how sore they can be at times!

After all, it wasn't all that long ago that I had braces.  How many people have braces at their bridal shower? ;)  I made sure they would be off in time for the wedding though!

Our 3 year old kept getting the ball stuck in the gutter because of the bumpers and Stacey went and retrieved it. ;)

Cousins!

Siblings. I'm so glad we were all able to meet up and spend the morning and afternoon together before school starts and Travis leaves for college.

Robert couldn't resist trying on our nephew's hat!

Our 3 year old would only use this ramp about half the time. She is so independent! She was sure she was big enough to roll it down the lane like the other kids part of the time.

The older two boys doing bumper cars. How fun are they?

Stacey and her daughter. Our 5 year old was mad that she wasn't old enough to ride!

The flash made their faces too bright, but the girls were cute sitting in this ride together.

Stacey and her son

I think only a couple of them were actually playing the games, but all the kids liked to sit and pretend they were racing. ;)

We had a great day with our family. We certainly don't always see eye to eye, but having those strong relationships and connections with family and also with friends is so important to me!  ♥♥
