Breakfast Bake

As you might be able to tell, I've been thinking a lot about food lately. Could be that I'm pregnant, or I realized how often we'd been getting fast food, or a little of both. Anyway a friend of mine mentioned she thought it was a great idea that I had posted a recipe on my blog and thought that would be a great way for all of us working Moms to share quick, easy recipes. So I am doing my part and posting some of my favorites. I'd be happy if you would like to do the same. If I don't know your blog address, please be sure to let me know you have posted. Or if you are a friend of mine that doesn't have a blog, feel free to e-mail me recipes. I am always looking for new recipes to try. I added the "labels" gadget in the layout menu so that my labels would show up and am simply labeling each recipe, "recipes" so that they are easy to find. Here's a new breakfast favorite from the Kraft magazine.

Breakfast Bake

* 1 can (8 oz.) crescent rolls
* 1 pkg (8 oz.) Oscar Meyer smoked ham, chopped
* 6 eggs
* 1/2 cup cold milk
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 cup shredded low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350. Unroll dough in 13 X 9 baking dish, press to cover bottom of dish, firmly pressing holes and seams together to seal. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk, and pepper with whisk until blended; pour over ham. Top with cheeses. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
