After work and dinner on Friday night the kiddos and I went to the park. It was a beautiful night to spend some time outside!
I love this little lady who really isn't so little anymore!
Monkey bars!
I love to see these three laughing and having fun together!
This boy is about to be in 3rd grade, but he finally learned to pump his legs on the swings! #betterlatethannever
My kids look forward to my uncle and aunt's summer party every year. It's one of their favorite days of the summer! This Saturday did not disappoint.
My cousin's puppies were there and you can tell by the expressions on their faces that my kids are still a little afraid of dogs they don't know! Or maybe more than a little. ;)
Sand play
I'm pretty sure the giant slip and slide just gets better every year. The kids have the best time! (Who am I kidding, so do the adults!)
My uncle giving my niece a little push down the slide. ;)
My mini taking a turn
This girl year old has no fear. She was sliding down on her bottom, on her belly, in a train with the other kids... So much fun!
He looks like an airplane. Ha ha!
I invited Sara and her boys to come to the party on Saturday. I knew her boys would love it! And they did. #framily
Her middle son said something cute like, we're coming back next time!
Sara's youngest little guy
Cousin love! We were sad my other nephew had to miss the fun!
These crazy kids went down the slide and got back in line so many times!
Love my seester!
My three loves. They kept trying to do a train but weren't always successful.
Sara was traumatized by an injury on a slide similar to this one about 10 years ago so she wasn't sure she wanted to try it. I told her I would hold her hand. ;)
And of course all 6 of our kids came down the slide right after us!
Sara and her 4 year old
The 4 year old train ;)
I just love these 3!
This little guy is a huge fan of racing! His Dad made his summer and took him to his first race on Sunday. I was sad not to be there but he did send me lots of pictures. I know they had the best day!
Pre-race
Christopher said he was pretty much in awe the entire race. His favorite driver didn't win but his second favorite did! He's had a loose tooth for about a week and it fell out at the race. #memories ;)
The girls and I were busy with a bridal shower for my soon to be sister-in-law on Sunday! One of her bridesmaids made these cute centerpieces for the tables with their engagement pictures.
The older two girls are going to be flower girls in the wedding. They are so excited!
One of the games we played was to divide in to teams and make a wedding dress out of toilet paper. It's always fun to see what people come up with.
The winner! Thanks for being a good sport Hayley. :)
All 4 teams did a great job though!
Clarissa opening her gifts with a lovely hair accessory.
Clarissa and the Mom's :)
The bridal party, just missing one of the bridesmaids!
Clarissa's Mom is making the skirts for the flower girls. Her face was precious when she tried it on. I know she's going to love being in the wedding!
Oh these two! I'm so thankful for a fun weekend filled with family and friends!
