I found this adorable MJ shirt and MJ ruffle pants outfit at a garage sale on Thursday and our kindergartner couldn't wait to wear it on Friday! The pants are a size 6 which is her size but they were pretty big in the waist/butt on my skinny girl. She still wanted to wear them to school.
Friday morning our 4 year old and I were just doing laundry at home and our neighbor asked if we wanted to join them for a walk. We said yes of course. This little lady rode her bike almost the whole walk! I thought she looked so cute riding with Anna as her passenger.
Friday after school the girls and I met our daughter's bestie from preschool (and her family) at the park for a play date. Our kindergartner was so excited to see her friend. I don't think we have seen them since December!
Four friends on the swings.
Sweet 4 year old
Tire swing fun!
Hanging around ;)
I love her face in this one!
Sweetest friends!
Cheesin'
Bouncing on the bridge!
We could only stay for about an hour so we weren't too late for our son's baseball game. It was great to see Robin and the kids! Let's try to get together again soon!
The kids brought their spring pictures home from school on Friday. They turned out pretty well but we still aren't purchasing them. ;)
It makes me laugh that he is raising an eyebrow.
This goofy girl wanted me to take her picture in this outfit on Saturday morning.
We stopped at Target for popcorn and slushies before their brother's game. They don't have a concession stand (what?!) so we brought our own snacks.
They played a tough game but lost!
Our daughter picked a bouquet of dandelions for her bff. I convinced her that it would be better for me to take a picture of her holding them and text it to her Mom than trying to save them. ;)
The guys went to BWW with the assistant coach and his family after the game. The girls and I printed pictures for a kindergarten project then went to Bandidos at their request.
I'm giving up soda for the month of May so I had a strawberry daiquiri with dinner. Yummy!
We can't seem to have dinner at Bandido's without them sitting on the bull.
And being Popper the pepper
Silly sisters!
We made a quick stop at the fire truck park on the way home. She can slide down the pole on her own and zips right across the monkey bars!
I always take their picture in this spot at the park. :)
Our 4 year old is such a big girl now! She can climb up the "rock wall" with no problem.
Our son had to play catcher in Saturday's game and it was a bit of a disaster. He didn't want to play that position but in their league the kids have to rotate positions every inning and it was his turn to be catcher. He turned away from the ball every time it was pitched! He ended up somehow getting hit in the shoulder and taken out of the inning. I thought he might have been playing up his injury a little bit but this was his shoulder Sunday morning. His first injury of the season! Thankfully not too serious.
I really wanted to try a new church near where we live on Sunday morning but we weren't ready in time. We decided to take the kids to see Cinderella. This girl had to get in a quick scooter ride before we left.
The girls (with squinty eyes from the flash).
The boys. Our son couldn't be bothered to look away from the screen. ;)
Our little crew. They loved the Frozen Fever short at the beginning of Cinderella!
Our treat for Sunday's game was half price frappes from Starbucks! They are half price May 1-10 from 3-5. Yum! Thanks Starbucks. ;)
The girls wanted to take pictures at the game. Our son is at right center. :)
I love this one they took of him at bat. Another loss on Sunday but they played a good game! The score was only 3 to 2.
This girl and her selfies! Ha ha! I love her!
Have a great week friends!
