The kids were all pretty excited to see that their snack was a sprinkled donut! ;)
Our 2 year old (3 next week!) loves when she gets to be a part of her big sister's activities. She was so excited for the party!
This sweet girl's Mom was helping in her little brother's class so I took a picture to send to her. :)
Our daughter is always saying she is going to marry Sarah's son. He's not so sure about that! ;)
Their teacher had Easter coloring pages they could work on if they finished with their snack before everyone was done.
There are 6 girls and 7 boys in their class so I took the girls and Sarah took the boys to play a game called Don't Eat the Peep. I think this age group was perfect for this game. The girls thought it was so funny to yell Don't Eat the Peep! More sugar for the kids. You're welcome parents. ;)
They worked on a bunny craft after the game. I think these two do nearly everything together in school.
The one with the crooked eyes is our daughter's. Ha ha!
There was a little extra time so once they finished the bunnies they did a foam Easter egg craft. I was impressed with how self-sufficient the girls were!
The (mostly) boys table
It was a simple but fun Easter party. I'm glad the teacher asked Sarah and I to help. I always enjoy being able to be in their classroom and see them having fun with their friends. :)
When we were getting a few things at Walmart on Friday, I noticed that there were several Lalaloopsy stuffed dolls in the claw machine. My husband thinks that game is a complete waste of money and no one ever wins. I agree, that is generally true, but I really wanted to try to win one for our girls. They are both loving all things Lalaloopsy right now. I didn't have any change, so we went back on Tuesday with coins in hand and there was ONE doll left! It took us a few tries but we won and I had one happy 4 year old! I felt bad that I wasn't able to get one for our 2 year old, so I checked a couple other Walmart stores yesterday and today. The girls were loving checking out
We were so happy to find another machine with several of the Lalaloopsy dolls in it! I won our 2 year old's on the first try. Now we have two happy girls at our house. The things we do for our kiddos! It is totally worth it to see those happy smiles on their faces. :)
