Weekend Wrap Up | Snow Days Edition

Hello friends! We are definitely in the heart of winter now. The past week our kids had one full day of school, one delay day, and two cancellations! Today they have another delay. We've been trying to make the best of it, but it has really been too cold to be outside much.

I might have mentioned in a previous post that our kids do elearning on days they are canceled. It isn't bad for a stay at home Mom with Internet access, but it does take several hours to complete! And when you have two kids in school, it can take most of the day. It was fun to watch our kindergartner dance along to one of the videos she had to watch.

I think we stayed in pajamas the entire day on Friday. Excuse her serious case of bed head. ;)

Our kindergartner played teacher to our 3 year old during part of her elearning. It was so sweet!

And while her siblings did her elearning, this silly girl wore her winter hat in the living room. Ha ha!

All of her mini Lalaloopsy dolls had school too. ;)

My guy doing his elearning.

Being inside for two days makes you do things like put buckets on your head. ;)

Our 5 year old loved that her and I were both wearing slipper socks.

After our 5 year old had my phone for a while I found this collage saved to my camera roll. I love that she knows how to make collages. #girlaftermyownheart

Reading with my sweet girl at the new house.

The book she picked from the library was Strawberry Shortcake's Easter. ;)

A boy and his trains.

The kids and I got pizza on Saturday night and our 5 year old insisted on wearing one of her Dad's hats inside. ;)

Passing the time waiting for our pizza.

On Saturday night I had a girls night with a few friends. It's always nice to have a Mom's night out!

The flash kind of washed out our faces. :/

On Sunday after church we had lunch with my brother and his fiance.

The kids were being crazy as always. They love their Uncle Robert.

And then they took silly selfies with him.

What are you teaching them Uncle Robert? ;)

This girl found herself in time out when we got home and afterwards she came out wearing this ensemble. How can you be mad at that?

Have a great week!
