Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!  Today I'm linking up with  Andrea, Erica, and Narci again and sharing my favorite moments and favorite things from the week!

On Monday the kids and I met my cousin Rachel at the theater to see Annie. My kids hadn't seen the original, but they loved the new one! I wasn't sure if our 8 year old would enjoy it, but even he seemed to like the movie. I think it's a new favorite.

I was so happy to find my favorite planner on Monday! The Jan 2015-Dec 2015 planner was not on the Day Timer website and it was sold out at Wal-Mart.com here but I found it in store at one of our local Wal-Mart's.  I've used the Day Timer family plus planner for the past few years and I love it. It is an inexpensive planner (less than $15), but it's completely functional for me!

There is room for To Do/Errands; School/Community; Personal Time/Other and Weekly Meal Planning. I had to get some fun new pens to use to fill out the planner too. ;)

This girl is so funny! This is a car selfie on the way to school. She put on way too much of the chap stick my niece gave her and wanted to see it. ;)

Our son's Thomas and Friends wooden railway track and trains were his favorite toys for years. I love seeing our 3 year old playing with the trains now.

I've used this picture in another post, but I love the expressions on their faces as they ran to the car on Tuesday! 

On Wednesday the roads were terrible but for some reason the kids didn't have a delay. Once we made it safely to school, our 3 year old stopped by one of our favorite stores to look around. We weren't in a hurry so I let her sit and look through a few books.

And then she asked me to take her picture by one of her favorite princesses. ;)
