A Princess Party!!!

We had our princess party for the girls this past Saturday. I started party planning later than I should have, but with a lot of help and advice, I thought it turned out great! Wouldn't you know, our 4 year old woke up that day with a runny nose so it is red in all the pictures! And by Sunday, she was already feeling much better. I have learned over the years of having birthday parties that things are not always going to go as planned. Even with her red, runny nose, our 4 year old loved her princess party!

A group shot of most of the party guests

The birthday girl picking her ROYAL (BINGO) prize. My 3 year old nephew was the first winner and when we told him to pick a prize he came up and took the whole bag of boy prizes back to his seat. It was so cute. :)

My Gramps and Gram. Love them so much!!! We are always so happy to have them join us at the birthday parties for the kids.

The kids all love to hit the pinata! We used a frying pan instead of a bat like in the movie Tangled. :) (A Pinterest idea).

We let our 2 year old birthday girl go first. It may not have been the best idea to give a two year old a frying pan. I supervised her closely. ;)

She was really more interested in trying to hit it with a balloon than the pan.

The older kids made everyone nervous when they were up! ;)

She's happy to have her cupcake!

Our kids always seem to eat the frosting off the cupcakes first.

Our 2 year old got a Minnie Mouse all the way from Disney from Carissa and her kids! She loves it. :)

Love this girl!

A new princess dress for the princess from Sara and her boys :)

She got this adorable apron as part of her gift from Uncle Pat and Aunt Anne and her cousin!

She gives the best hugs!

Our beautiful birthday princess

Carissa sent me this picture she took of our 4 year old and her girls. I love it!

The princesses :)

The princes outnumbered the princesses. ;) They loved their foam swords!

Our 2 year old. She sadly wasn't herself during the party.

A sweet picture my father-in-law took of my high school friend Kelsey's daughter. Thank you for so many great pictures as always Larry!!

Birthday parties mean a lot to me. I hope they are filled with great memories for the kids. We were so thankful to have so many of our friends and family there to celebrate our princesses turning 2 and 4.  Thank you again to everyone for coming, and a special thank you to those who helped clean up! We love you!
