Green Bean Tator Tot Casserole

A delicious and easy recipe, but it does take a while to make because it cooks for an hour.


Green Bean Tator Tot Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Brown 1 lb ground beef- drain.

3. Line bottom of 9X13 baking dish with beef.

4. Drain 1 can green beans.

5. Line top of beef with green beans.

6. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 cup milk.

7. Pour soup/milk mixture over beans.

8. Top off baking dish with tator tots (I used half of a 32 oz bag).

Bake 1/2 hour covered then 1/2 hour uncovered at 350.

* After the first 1/2 hour, I topped the casserole with approximately 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

I just couldn't eat a casserole without cheese. :)
