Baked Spaghetti

One of my favorite dinners to make. And it helps that my incredibly picky son loves it! I am going to post several recipes. I got to have a girls day with three of my college friends this past Saturday and we talked about cooking and how much fun it can be to try to cook dinner with one or more children at your feet. I hope that these simple but good (or at least I think so!) recipes will be helpful to them or anyone else who might be reading!

Baked Spaghetti

* 8 oz uncooked spaghetti
* 4 oz mini turkey pepperoni
*1 jar (14 oz) spaghetti sauce
*1 egg, lightly beaten
* 1 1/2 cups Kraft shredded mozzerela, divided
* 1/4 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Cook spaghetti as directed on package.

DRAIN spaghetti; place in large bowl. Add egg, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and half of the pepperoni. Place in prepared baking dish; top with remaining pepperoni and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

BAKE 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting to serve.
