We went to the zoo for a couple of hours yesterday. We go pretty often because we have season passes and it's nice if we want to just go for an hour or two. Daddy and our little man got to ride the carousel while lil sis and I watched. We let our little guy walk this time instead of using the double stroller and he loved the freedom! When we got home he said he wanted to go back to the zoo tomorrow. He says the funniest things. This weekend he's been telling me "yeah that's a fine idea."
He told me, "Mom this monkey is not talking to me!" (In slightly different almost 3 year old words). I guess he thought the monkey should tell him how cool his lightning mcqueen car is.
