We had our second Christmas with family on Sunday. This one was with my Mom's side of our extended family. Unfortunately our older daughter woke up Sunday morning with what seemed to be the stomach flu aka gastroenteritis. I'm still not sure if it was a stomach bug or if something did not agree with her but either way I am so very thankful no one else got it this time!! That would not have been fun to have for Christmas.
Obviously though, she was not able to go to this Christmas. I planned to take our son and baby girl but he opted to stay home and play with Daddy. It was kind of nice to have some time just my baby girl and I!

My sweet baby girl and my niece. One of them was not thrilled to have their picture taken. We wanted to get a cute picture of them in the dresses I had my cousin make for them and for our older daughter. She did such a good job on them!!

Our baby girl is in a phase right now where she will typically cry if anyone but Daddy or Mommy tries to hold her, especially if we are there. I was so surprised she let several of my relatives hold her this time. This was the first that some of my aunts and uncles had really got a chance to hold her. I love this girl so much!! We had a great time celebrating the birth of Jesus with one of our extended families.
