8 Months

Miss pretty you are EIGHT months old!!!

You weigh close to ?? pounds.

You are wearing mostly size 6-9 and just starting to fit in to 9 months clothes.

You are in a size 2 diaper but I think we will buy size 3 the next time we need diapers.

You are a roly poly!!! No efforts to crawl yet but you definitely get where you want to go with very speedy rolling.

You refuse to fall asleep on your own. I have tried letting you cry and you will cry for 30 or more minutes and not fall asleep. So, I am rocking you. I know you will not be little for long so I am just enjoying this quiet time with you.

You take two good naps a day and I am hoping to phase out your 3rd short nap in the evening.

You are still generally sleeping well through the night.

You have the sweetest little spirit and I love when you smile big at us!

You are pretty happy all day unless you are tired.

You are still sporting a toothless grin which I love!

You babble quite a bit. You say Da Da Da at times and eeeeee but no Ma Ma yet. That's okay sweets, I know you will eventually.

You and your brother and sister are really starting to play and interact more. You think they are amazing and they are so sweet with you. I am loving the sibling love!

You are so easy to take places. You are really good when we are out and about, unless I try to let someone else hold you!

You are becoming a great eater! I finally got over my fear of you having a reaction to everything we feed you like you seemed to with the oatmeal cereal and we have started baby food.



You are totally in to your Mama right now. I'm the bees knees. The apple of your eye. The bread to your butter. You are always scanning the room- looking for me, wanting me, and fussing for my attention.

This is you at 2,4,6 and 8 months! I can't believe how fast this year is going!

I love you SO much! You are my sweet baby girl! You have brought so much light into my life! We all love you and are so thankful for you!
