Oh So Pretty!

We had some winter weather tonight that made the roads pretty slick, so we stayed in for the night. When you have a 6, 3, and 1 year old you sometimes have to get creative with ways to keep them entertained indoors. My girls almost always have a "pretty" in their hair. When our older daughter was around 2 years old, she started leaving these clips in her hair and we convinced her to keep them in by telling her how pretty they looked! She has called them her "pretties" ever since. Our younger daughter still doesn't like to leave anything in her hair, but we are working on her. ;)

Tonight our 3 year old brought the container full of "pretties" to the living room and decided to play Mommy makeover. All three kids ended up helping, and this beautiful hair style was the finished product! ;)

It was sweet to see how proud they were of themselves. 

The older two had to work quickly because the baby started taking them out as quickly as they put them in. 

Prettier hair I have never seen! ;)
