My sister found out about this nice little beach at a lake about 20 minutes from her house last summer and we had such a good time swimming, playing and picnicking there a couple times. We wanted to go at least once this summer and it worked out that we were able to go the Tuesday after Father's Day. What a fun way to celebrate Father's Day with the guy who has been like a father to us since I was 13 and is such a great Grandpa to the kiddos. I feel bad that my husband misses out on a lot of the fun things we do during the week because he's hard at work. I'm so blessed to be a stay at home Momma!
