Lions, Tigers, and Giraffes... oh my!

Daddy had to work this weekend so the kiddos and I made plans to hang out with my friend Jacinda and her daughter who my little man calls "nay". I love the words toddlers come up with! Saturday they came to see our new house then we planned to go to the zoo. Apparently everyone else had the same idea because we could not find a parking spot anywhere. We decided with three kiddos it might not be the best day for the zoo so we went shopping and to lunch instead.

On Sunday we decided to try again a little earlier in the day. It worked out nicely and we took advantage of the mild summer weather and had a good day at the zoo. This was our little man's third trip to the zoo this season but there is so much to see that it's always fun.
