It was easy to mismatch her outfit because she has a variety of patterns in her closet. ;)
We got to preschool about the same time as her best girl friend and her outfit was so fun! I had to snap a quick picture. These girls are just so sweet together.
After we picked our 4 year old up from preschool I wanted to run to the mall and do a few quick errands. I needed a little retail therapy. People probably wondered about our 4 year old's outfit. Ha ha! The girls were good so we had lunch at the food court.
I got my hair styled in a mismatched fashion by the kids while we watched The Croods (again)! ;)
SO colorful!
Then I thought it would be fun to style our 4 year old's hair the same way. She kept saying, this feels really funny. ;)
Our services are free if you need a little color in your life during this dreary January. ;)
Her face doesn't show it but she really was happy to have her hair done!
And a couple of random pictures. Our son brought this paper home from school this week. I love his handwriting. Sentence #1 though, oh my! I know he wants a brother. I feel for him with two younger sisters who spend a lot of time intentionally driving him crazy; and who take up a lot of my time. I've tried explaining to him that at this point a baby brother would be at least 8 years younger than he is though and he would not be guaranteed a brother! He could end up with 3 younger sisters. ;) I really feel like 3 is the right number for us. He has been telling his teachers every year since preschool that he is going to have and/or he wants to have a baby brother (he may have some adult influence as well). But all day recess and raining gumballs are fine with me! ;)
My husband brought home this big paper and he and our son drew the race track together shortly after we moved to our rental house. It has been hanging on the wall in his bedroom, but he wanted to get it down and play with it this week. He was reenacting the races from Cars 2 here. I love their imaginations. :)
