Babysitting

My college friend Brooke and I ride together for our girls weekends, so we have a lot of time to catch up on the drive there and back. We were talking about work, and I told her that I am so thankful to be a stay at home Mom but there are times that it would be nice to have a little extra spending money.

A few weeks later her husband changed jobs at work, and they needed someone to watch their two girls for about 5 weeks until Brooke finished her job as an elementary school counselor for the summer. She remembered me saying it would be nice to have a little extra spending money and asked if I would be able to watch the girls for them.  I was honored that they trusted me to care for their precious girls. I've always thought they were so sweet, and they really are! There are days when I feel like my own 3 are a lot to handle, so I wasn't sure what 5 would be like but it is going great so far. :)

Five happy faces (maybe 4 are happy) on the first morning of baby sitting as we waited to drop off my son at school. It is a little bit of a squeeze in the middle row, but it's working out fine!
