Crescent Pepperoni Roll Ups

I found the easiest lunch recipe on Pinterest! Well my dear friend Jacinda found it and I repinned it from her. :) Pinterest is a great resource but can also be so overwhelming! I try to limit my time on that site; but I have definitely found some good ideas there! We had macaroni and cheese for lunch every day but one last week so I knew it was time for some variety!

You can find the recipe where it was originally posted here. I've made chicken roll-ups for dinner more times than I can count so I can't believe I never thought of this. My kids LOVED it! My super picky son ate 3 so you know they must be good. ;) Here is the recipe!

Crescent Pepperoni Roll Ups

1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
40 slices turkey pepperoni (I used mini turkey pepperoni)
4 pieces of mozzarella string cheese, cut in half
garlic powder
pizza sauce

Preheat oven to 375.

Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.  Place 5 slices (or 12-15 of the mini ones) of turkey pepperoni on each crescent roll.  Top pepperoni with string cheese half and roll up.  Sprinkle crescent rolls with garlic powder.  Place rolls on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.  Serve with a side of warm pizza sauce.

There are more, and much better, pictures on the post I pinned it from but I did take one picture of ours as I was making them.

Enjoy!
