Kindergarten Musical

I have to admit; I was so sad that our son was going to have to change schools at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year. He doesn't do that well with change and we loved the school he went to for Kindergarten and 1st Grade. Even though there are things we miss about his other school and great friends that I'm sad not to see as often; there is a lot to love about the school he and our Kindergartner are in this year. One of those things is their music department. The 1st and 2nd graders did a musical in the Fall and the Kindergartners just did a musical this week. It is so much fun to watch them on stage!

Ready for the musical! 

She found out a few days before the musical that she had the opening line! She said, "Good Evening everybody" :)

At first glance I thought, this is pretty good.  Our daughter looks so cute.  And then I saw the bunny ears!  Boys!!  The girls napped in the car and our 3 year old woke up cranky so she didn't want to be in the picture.

This time she wanted to be in the picture but wouldn't look at the camera. ;) #terriblethrees 

She was excited Grandpa Ken and Grandma Pam came to watch! 

She was a little less cranky at this point. ;)

I never get good pictures at programs but I tried.

We got home and a Mom of one of her friends from class emailed me this picture she took during the performance. What a nice surprise!

I love my little performer so much!  She was so sad Daddy was out of state for work all week and couldn't be there.  I love that their school sells DVD's of the musicals so he will still get to see it.
