My mom turned 50 in December but we decided to wait a few weeks until schedules were not as busy with the holidays to throw her a surprise 50th birthday party. It was a team effort and I think it turned out great!! I'm so grateful for family who knows how and is willing to help with food because my sister and I weren't quite sure how to do the catering for a party for 50+. It's amazing how it can bring family together to work on something like that and I am so glad my Mom had a great time!
