We were so happy and thankful to be able to celebrate Christmas in Wisconsin. After a nasty stomach bug the weekend before we planned to leave and terrible snow/icy roads the day we left, we weren't sure whether we were going to get there or not! We got there about 4am on the 24th. Hubby's family tradition is to celebrate with the extended family including a visit from Santa at Grandpa and Grandma's house (which has within the past few years been changed to Hubby's cousin's house). It was such a good time. Our little guy got to see family that he hasn't seen in a year and although he was a little shy at first, he quickly warmed up to everyone.
