On Tuesday I let our son play hookey from preschool and the kids and I met my roommate from my senior year of college and her kiddos at a Children's Museum half way between where we live. It was her daughter's spring break and we really did not do anything fun the week before on our son's spring break because I was sick and then the kids were sick so this was a fun little road trip. We did this last June too and it is so amazing how much all the kids have changed in that short amount of time!!
Always fun- the water table
Last summer and this spring. Oh how my precious girl has grown!!
Love this one, our boys in blue! :)
The older girls apparently having a serious conversation about shopping!
Future Mr. and Mrs? ;)
Having lunch in the play kitchen
Love their faces and the "No Climbing on the Rocks" sign right behind them. Ha!
One of these two is telling hilarious jokes!
Yes this sweet crazy girl was with us too! She can't wait until she can really play with the big kids!!
Fishing
We always have so much fun when we get together with them. I wish it
could be more often but we are so glad we get to see them a few times a year.
Our kids play so well even though they don't see each other that much.
And the Children's Museum is a perfect place to meet because the kids
can play and have fun and Emily and I have the chance to actually catch
up! It's great. So many laughs every time we are together. The hour and a half drive each way has gone really
well both times we made the trip too! I remember being so nervous last June with a less than two month old! Next time we have to remember to take a picture of the two of us Em! :)
